To use our services a subsription fee is not necessary although, of course, it is an option. In principle, all your costs (including the very low administration/initiation fee we charge) will be paid by the debtors. In the final analysis collection should, therefore, cost you (next to) nothing! Automation : Nedinco recognises the need to constantly pay considerable attention to its information processing system. The keen and thorough monitoring of outstanding accounts via Nedinco's advanced, in-house developed "€-proof" automation system alllows, however, for manual intervention at any time. In a nutshell: we can offer you a tailor-made collection service upon your indication of how, when and in which way you want your debtors to be approached. You can submit your claims by mail, by fax, via e-mail, on a floppy or, if you prefer : by all means visit our office - you will always be very welcome. Reporting and information : Every client, large or small, receives a summary of on-going and completed files at least once a month. This can be in writing, by fax, over the phone or via e-mail. Just let us know which kind of report would be most useful to you and, if necessary, we will tailor them to your specific requirements. Our account managers mean an added value in this reporting system as they will regularly make appointments to visit you at your office. Furthermore, our secretariat will always be very pleased to hear from you and to answer any questions you may have.
